IG3N (Pty) Ltd is an innovative company in Northriding, Johannesburg, that produces Lithium Ion (LiFePO4) batteries used mostly as energy storage in Solar PV installations and energy backup applications.
The HR Administrator Officer is responsible for supporting the execution of the end-to-end HR policy and processes of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Upload job profiles to job sites per business requirements.
Download shortlists and present them to hiring managers.
Set up interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Execute the onboarding process for new hires, including the signing of contracts and other key documents; overview training, etc.
Execute the off-boarding process when employment contracts are terminated.
Ensure that the company has correct demographic records and supply people statistics for reporting purposes.
Support payroll execution by supplying accurate information on leave, claims, etc.
Ensure that correct employee documentation such as contracts, performance outcomes, and discipline records are kept safely on record.
Ensure that performance records are up to date.
Facilitate the execution of identified training opportunities for employees.
Update the learning management system with learning materials and content.
Ensure that correct records are kept for both planned and executed training.
Ensure that the organisation conforms to the SETA process and that submissions are completely accurately and timely.
Liaise with external providers of employee benefits for matters such as retirement and medical aid on behalf of the organisation.
Ensure that accurate employment benefit records are kept for all employees and that these are made available on time for payroll.
Ensure that external providers have accurate records and that their billing is accurate.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management.
HR admin experience at least 2 years.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be a strong advantage.
