A hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Reservationist to join their team. Candidates must have recent experience as a Reservationist within a 4/5* hotel or estate.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest reservations and ensure all booking details are accurate and up to date.

Provide exceptional customer service when handling enquiries, cancellations, and modifications.

Liaise with the front office and other departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.

Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective booking strategies.

Handle payment processing and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

Stay informed on hotel promotions and offers to communicate with potential guests.

Maintain up-to-date records in the reservations system and guest profiles.
Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Cape Town.
