Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Maintenance/Admin Couple
Luxury Country Club- Pretoria, Gauteng
Now recruiting for a couple that has good admin experience in the hospitality and a maintenance manager who can look after the general maintenance on a day to day basis. Please note that only South African couples or couples with valid work permits will be considered for this vacancy due to the accommodation provided.
Requirements:
Admin and FOH:

Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial

At least 2-4 years’ experience in a similar type position
-
strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
-
analytical and can problem solve
-
Good communication skills- written and verbal- English and Afrikaans preferably

Excellent Guest Relations- friendly and approachable
-
Can work Independently and prioritise to get the job done in the correct time frame time
-
Strong financial acumen skills- able to do basic creditors and debtors, Payroll, everyday admin for the club and accommodation, club fees etc.

Valid Drivers License
Maintenance Manager:
-
Some type of trade qualification (plumber, electrician etc) would be very beneficial

At least 5 years in a maintenance position with two years in a supervisory/manager role- hospitality experience preferable

Good all round maintenance skills- electric, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, aircons etc.

strong leadership Skills- can manage a small team effectively

Excellent communication skills- Written and Verbal- English and Afrikaans preferably

Have experience in project and budget management

Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Neat and tidy appearance and work environment with care given to tools and equipment

Set up a preventive maintenance schedule and schedule maintenance fixes with management so that guests are not disturbed

Valid Drivers License
Package:

Salary: R23 000 CTC combined

Accommodation- No pets are allowed however a child could be accommodated within reason
