Position Overview:
We are looking for a Support Services Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. This is a varied role where you will provide technical support to a wide range of users. It is an excellent role to grow your technical support skills set and increase your experience of working with a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include:

Taking ownership of incidents or requests allocated to them or their relevant virtual team ticket queue and professionally manage them through to resolution or escalation
- Ask targeted questions and apply accurate troubleshooting
- Contribute fully as an active team member and ensure personal and team objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with other teams to maintain standards and functionality
- Report potential client facing risks
- Report customer feedback and potential product request
- Collaborate with other teams, where required, to maintain standards and functionality
Qualifications & Experience:
The right candidate for this role will have experience of providing technical support in a professional environment.
In addition, any candidate should also have experience of:

Working with M365
- Working Azure/Azure AD
- Using and working with Microsoft Intune
- Windows Servers (full range)
- Antivirus Products
- Remote access such as AVD/VDI, VPN
