We are in search of a CHEF DE PARTIE to join this brigade of 9 chefs and to assist with daily production, working mainly on back starter, front garnish and grill.
REQUIREMENTS:
Chefs qualification with at least 3 years fine dining industry experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills to liaise directly with guests and the open-plan kitchen.
Highly organised and able to run your own section
Works cleanly and methodically
