What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective clients via Voice calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
- Use AI tools and smart systems to guide conversations and improve conversions
- Build trust with clients and confidently explain debt mediation solutions
- Manage client onboarding (documents, proposals, follow-ups)
- Drive collections by securing first payments and commitments
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and digital platforms
- Deliver a seamless, professional customer experience across all touchpoints
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in debt review / debt mediation sales enviroment
- Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in call centre sales
- Confident communicator across WhatsApp/Voice/chat platforms
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, diallers, and digital tools
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on high performance
