We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the Food & Beverage operations across our hotel group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire multiple teams. This role is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in all food and beverage offerings while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a group-wide Food & Beverage strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

Oversee the management of all F&B operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency in quality and service standards.
Operational Excellence:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of F&B outlets, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
Menu Development:

Collaborate with Executive Chefs and F&B Managers to create innovative and appealing menus that cater to diverse guest preferences.

Regularly review and update menus to keep up with market trends and guest feedback.
Team Leadership:

Provide strong leadership, training, and development opportunities to F&B teams across all properties.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
Financial Management:

Manage and control the F&B budget, including cost control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.

Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Guest Experience:

Ensure that all F&B operations deliver exceptional guest experiences, from dining to banquets and events.

Address guest feedback promptly and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Supplier Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality products at competitive prices.

Oversee the procurement process and manage inventory levels across all properties.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably within a hotel group or luxury hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.

Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and quality standards.

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
