Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to assist our Sales and Administration team. The ideal candidate will help manage work leads, organize customer meetings, and input data into Salesforce. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales administration while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Lead Management:
- Track and manage incoming work leads through various channels.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor lead progress and update status in Salesforce.

- Customer Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and organize customer meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes as needed.
Assist in post-meeting documentation and action item tracking.

- Salesforce Data Entry and Management:
- Input and update customer and lead information in Salesforce with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized Salesforce records.
Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce as directed.

- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Administration team.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in English and French.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule, with an expectation of 15 hours per week.
