MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate / equivalent
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related qualification
Computer literacy
Proficiency in HR Systems and Microsoft office suite
Valid driver’s license
Medically fit for the position
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
At least 1-3 years’ administrative experience in an HR environment
Experience on HR/Payroll system – advantageous
Experience of working with HR systems and databases
Basic understanding of Labour Relations Act LRA, Basic Condition of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
Confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all employee documentation is filed accurately and timeously
Process employee movements including transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
Assist with collecting payroll input data
Respond to routine payroll-related enquiries and escalate where required
Preparing monthly payroll inputs / timesheets for payroll
Assist in preparing information required for Department of Employment and Labour inspections
Ensure documentation complies with company and legislative requirements
Assist with monthly HR reporting requirements.
