Remote / Virtual Role (25 Hours a week - during office hours for e.g 10am - 3pm UK time)
UK Property Development & Investment Business
We are looking for a world-class Executive Assistant (EA) to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing UK property development and investment company.
This is NOT a traditional PA role.
We need someone commercially minded who wants to help run and scale a business, someone who can thinks strategically, make decisions, lead meetings, manage people, and operate at a high level.
The role is fully remote/virtual, as we are building a location-independent business.
About You
You MUST have:
- Experience in UK property development and/or property management
- Experience using Asana
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace / Google Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to take ownership and solve problems
- A desire to grow with a business long-term
- Confidence making decisions on behalf of the CEO
- High standards, attention to detail, and strong commercial awareness

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational Leadership
- Act as Executive Assistant to the CEO
- The company's workflow and process head
- Be a gatekeeper for the CEO’s time and priorities
- Manage and organise emails
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Manage tasks and accountability across the business
- Implement and improve systems/processes within CRMs and operational platforms
- Support business growth and operational efficiency
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise directly with:
- Property Manager
- Bookkeeper
- Finance Assistant
- Accountant
- Handle calls and business communications
- Liaise with lenders, brokers, investors, and commercial agents
- Support investment and finance activities within the business
Strategic Support
- Help make operational and commercial decisions
- Take ownership of projects
- Think proactively and commercially
- Help the CEO scale the business virtually and internationally

Pay: R265,00 - R350,00 per hour
