They are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join their team. This role is unique in combining human resources responsibilities with Guest Revu administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for both employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Administration:
Drafting Contracts and Addendums: The HR Administrator will be responsible for preparing and updating employment contracts, addendums, and induction documents using templates.

Employee Files Management: This role involves reviewing and updating all employee files to ensure compliance and organization.

Policy Management: The successful candidate will assist in reviewing and updating the Code of Conduct, drafting new policies, and supporting various HR projects.

Employee Relations and Industrial Relations: A key responsibility will be managing employee relations, including overseeing disciplinary hearings, providing guidance to General Managers (GMs) on handling employee matters, and advising on labor laws and best practices.

Performance Appraisals: The HR Administrator will coordinate quarterly performance appraisals, manage appraisal documentation, and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.

Injury on Duty (IOD) Claims: Managing IOD submissions, processing claims, and following up on any injuries as required will be part of this role.

HR Reporting: The HR Administrator will assist with HR reporting, including Employment Equity and SETA/Pivotal Training submissions, and support BEE submissions.

Onboarding and Support: The candidate will implement onboarding processes, prepare onboarding documents, and provide support to GMs in addressing employee issues and guiding them on HR procedures and protocols.
Guest Revu Administration:
Daily Guest Revu Tasks: The HR Administrator will spend approximately 2 hours daily evaluating and replying to guest reviews, ticketing reviews to the appropriate personnel, and following up on recurring incidents.

Issue Resolution: Ensuring prompt resolution of guest issues by coordinating with the appropriate hosts and maintaining communication with guests through email or phone will be essential.

Platform Management: The role includes ensuring all links to online travel agencies (OTA) such as Expedia, Booking.com, and Google are active and resolving any unlinked queries.

Monthly Reporting: Preparing and distributing monthly reports, including sentiments, NPS scores, most prominent issues, response times, and resolution times, will be required.
Booking.com and Finance Admin Support:
Booking.com Admin Reports: The successful candidate will assist with daily and weekly analysis and reporting tasks related to Booking.com.

General Finance Administration: Providing general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record keeping, and report preparation, will be part of the role.

Excel Reporting: Proficiency in using Excel to create, update, and maintain various HR, guest service, and financial reports is essential.
Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - PREFFERABLE

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Familiarity with labor laws and employee relations practices.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience with Guest Revu or similar guest feedback management platforms is advantageous.

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
