Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods that align with the hotel’s high standards.

Design seasonal menus and contribute innovative ideas for the dessert selection.

Manage all aspects of the pastry kitchen, including stock control, hygiene, and ordering ingredients.

Ensure consistency and high quality in taste and presentation.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Oversee pastry kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to develop team skills.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Monitor food costs and work towards minimizing waste while maintaining quality.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, ideally in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification in pastry arts.

Strong creative skills and passion for baking and pastry arts.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
