Competencies:
- 1 week product training and accreditation.
- 3 weeks sales and field training.
- Training salary of R8000
- R2000 per week.
- Clients gifts supplied.
- Tablet with data for capturing supplied.
- 1st year commission.
- 33% second year commission.
- Inflation commission.
- Quality service bonuses (R2000-R15000) target driven.
- Retention bonus payable in December calculates at a 10% of advisor’s earnings.
- Self driven and Target orientated
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
