JOB PURPOSE
Provides basic, personal patient care, under the direction of the registered nurse to support the team in properly caring for ill, injured or disabled people according to specific individual needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
1. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
2. Certificate as enrolled nurse auxiliary
3. Current registration with South African Nursing Council as an enrolled nurse auxiliary
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
1. Work experience in a hospital – private sector will be an advantage
2. Experience in ophthalmic nursing will be an advantage
