About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has completed a Degree in IT or a related field and is looking to gain practical workplace experience in IT support.
Minimum Requirements

Completed a Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Eager to learn and develop practical IT skills.

Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
What You'll Do

Assist with responding to and resolving IT helpdesk tickets.

Provide basic technical support to employees.

Assist with setting up computers, laptops, and other IT devices.

Assist with installing and configuring software and applications.

Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

Assist with user account and access-related requests.

Support the IT team with basic networking and systems support.

Assist with maintaining IT equipment and records.

Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT team members.

Assist with general IT administration and other duties as required.
