Job Description
A beautiful semi-fine dining 150 Seater restaurant with impressive wine offering (140 lines of wine) which offers its Guests a Bespoke Dining Experience, located in the Bedfordview/Edenvale/Kensington area of Johannesburg. Restaurant is award winning and set to win many more awards with your skill and experience. We are looking for a well-experienced barman with good basic cocktail experience. We seek an individual with a proven stable track record, great interpersonal and communication skills and able to run a tight ship in the bar and manage busy service times effectively and have everything on point. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, is open for Lunch and Dinner Service Wednesday through Friday, is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturdays and Breakfast and Lunch only on Sundays. Your working hours will suit accordingly. Standard Barman duties will apply. Good Wine Knowledge a strong advantage.

Relevant Qualifications are advantageous.
