You will be responsible for:
- conducting in-depth real estate investment analysis
- evaluating residential, commercial, industrial, land, and mixed-use opportunities
- identifying risks, inefficiencies, and upside potential
- structuring clear investment intelligence reports
- consolidating market, financial, and strategic findings into actionable investment recommendations
This role requires:
- strong understanding of the South African property market
- ability to work independently
- exceptional analytical thinking
- high attention to detail
- strong written communication
- ability to deliver under pressure and within strict deadlines
Preferred:
- experience in real estate analysis, valuation, investment research, underwriting, development analysis, or related fields
- understanding of market research, rental analysis, financial analysis, and investment frameworks
- familiarity with institutional-style reporting and investment reasoning
