As we continue to grow, we are expanding our network of external partners and service providers to support various business functions. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, sourcing high-quality partners, and creating mutually beneficial business partnerships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will work closely alongside our Operations team to identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage outsourcing partners and service providers across multiple business functions.
You will be responsible for finding the right partners, negotiating commercial arrangements, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring our outsourcing initiatives deliver quality, efficiency, and value.
This is not a traditional procurement role focused on inventory or supply chain. Instead, this position is focused on B2B outsourcing, supplier partnerships, vendor management, and strategic relationship building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and identify potential outsourcing partners locally and internationally
- Research and evaluate vendors, agencies, contractors, and service providers
- Conduct supplier due diligence and qualification assessments
- Manage supplier onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with external partners
- Coordinate supplier performance reviews and service-level monitoring
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand outsourcing requirements
- Develop and maintain a supplier database and evaluation framework
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and service quality
- Create reports and recommendations to support business decisions
- Act as the primary point of contact for key outsourcing relationships
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- 3+ years' experience in outsourcing, vendor management, supplier partnerships, BPO/vendor management, agency partnerships, or professional services.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and service contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Experience working with international suppliers and vendors
- Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Highly Desirable
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company
- Experience sourcing offshore teams or outsourced service providers
- Experience working with BPOs, agencies, technology vendors, recruitment partners, or professional service providers
- Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously
- Strong reporting and performance management capabilities
