Your Personality
- Technical Engineering Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years Quality experience in a large manufacturing environment, automotive would be advantageous.
- Experience in IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
- Experience in dealing directly with customers
- Quality Core Tools experience
Your Opportunity
- Realizes quality concepts for existing and new products.
- Implementation and monitoring of adherence to the Quality Management System on the shop floor.
- Quality management by means of Data control and visualization.
- Responsible for daily updates, visualization and analysis of FTTQ, SPC and Scrap data.
- Supports, steers and drive the failure analysis for customer rejections, geometry control, internal quality problems and scrap management.
- Supports the continuous optimization of the running production with respect to quality topics.
- Ensure that customer requirements are achieved and insuring daily Control Plan adherence. Line (Control Plan) audits by means of scheduled monitoring.
- Lessons learned implementation and monitoring by means of process monitoring.
- Escalation of quality related problems to management.
- Enforces and follows safety procedures, being attentive to unsafe behaviors or conditions, and taking necessary corrective actions.
- Follow P.Prod.021 procedure for actions in case of non-conformance.
- Compliance with Benteler’s IATF 16949 standards.
