We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced canteen/food services manager to focus on front of house management at a blue-chip client. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, brand management, and maintaining a welcoming and customer centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and continue the development of a high-performing front-of-house team. This includes training, coaching, and performance management.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Brand Management: Ensuring a balance of operational efficiency, trend awareness, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.

Operations Management: Working within the operations team to ensure all food and functions are delivered at the highest standard.

Hygiene and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a senior canteen manager in a corporate canteen or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
