Cooper and Cooper t/a Engineering Supplies is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team based in Witbank, Mpumalanga.
Minimum Requirements
- Must reside in or near Mokopane, Limpopo.
- Proven sales experience in an industrial, engineering, mining, or related environment.
- Previous lifting equipment sales experience will be a distinct advantage.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Own Vehicle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Computer literate
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining, industrial, and engineering sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell lifting equipment, lifting accessories, hoists, cranes, and related products and services.
- Follow up on enquiries, and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and site assessments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of products and services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of lifting equipment, load testing, inspections, and related mining and industrial applications.
- Existing customer relationships within the mining and industrial sectors will be advantageous.
- Technical sales experience in a similar industry.
