If you enjoy interacting with clients to help them buy, sell or rent a property, acting as a go-between for buyers and sellers, this is for you!
Core responsibilities would be:
- Canvassing (This is the main core of the business; you should not be afraid to pick up the phone)
- Rental & Sales mandate presentations
- Viewings
- Closing of deals.
- Schedule appointments and showings
- Update property listings
- Draft and deliver documents
- Perform real estate market analysis and research
- Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices
- Search open listings to find properties
- Create and distribute promotional material
- Manage online and social media presence
- Network with potential clients and local businesses
What you would need to be successful:
- A cellphone
- Stable WiFi connection for work at home days.
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Own Laptop
- Must reside in the Blouberg or surrounding area.

Experience:
- Telesales, cold calling experience
- At least 6 months in the property industry (preferrable)
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License
- Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) preferable
