- Previous restaurant management experience is essential
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and staff management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service
- Reliable, responsible and hands-on
- Ability to manage restaurant operations effectively and efficiently
- Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Must be willing to work long hours
- Own reliable transport will be an advantage

This is a demanding, hands-on position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must be comfortable with the working hours associated with the restaurant industry.
Our restaurant closes during the Festive Season, giving our team a well-deserved break over this period.
