Job description
We are looking to hire a student recruitment officer that will be part of our recruitment process. The objective of the role will be to talk to potential applicants, advise them about their options and get them to sign up to universities through us whilst also processing applications for our applicants.
The role will entail the following responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for students via calls and email
- Setting up and delivering consultations with students via phone or zoom
- Preparing and sending information and application forms to students
- Following up with students on a regular basis and collecting payments
- Collecting documents from clients
- Submitting applications to universities
All relevant training regarding our process and services will be provided to help you start in your role.
Candidates must have previous experience in either sales, recruitment or admissions (for example as a careers advisor for students). We will consider candidates that have past experience in at least one of those fields. Minimum 2 years experience is required.

- Friendly and upbeat attitude to ensure potential clients feel comfortable.
- Excellent organizational skills and prompt at following up with potential clients.
- Leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solver and ability to overcome challenges
- Excellent computer skills including office, google suite and online meeting software (ie Zoom)
The most important part of the job is to provide an excellent first impression and to ensure potential clients are followed up regularly.
