Kendrick Recruitment is now searching for a suitably qualified & experienced Junior Sous Chef (Cold Section) for a top-rated, uber-luxury 5* hotel, situated in the Sandton area of Johannesburg.
Key Duties include:

5 Star Fine Dining Food Preparation & Cooking

Stock Control / Stock Taking

Kitchen Hygiene

Assisting Head Chef with Kitchen Operation

Guest Liaison

Leading the cold section of the kitchen
Requirements for this position:
-
Min 5 years’ culinary experience in a luxury hotel environment (must have 5* experience)

Must have at least two years of experience in a Junior Sous or Sous Chef role (5*)

Grade 12
-
Culinary qualification
-
Must be well spoken and presentable

Team Player

Be mature & professional with sober habits

Ability and willingness to work in whatever area necessary

Must have a stable work history and contactable references
Basic Salary: R20,000 per month.
