We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with proven telecommunications industry experience and hands-on expertise in TM Forum's eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) framework.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the modernisation of ISP Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing (FAB) environment, supporting the replacement of legacy Oracle BRM-based systems with a modern microservices-based provisioning platform aligned to TM Forum standards, Open APIs, service orchestration, service inventory, and automated fulfilment processes.
The candidate must be capable of operating at both business and technical levels, bridging business stakeholders, architects, developers, integration specialists, operations teams, and vendors.
Requirements -
The candidate must demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years practical experience applying TM Forum eTOM in telecommunications environments.
- Experience mapping business processes to eTOM Level 0–3 process domains.
- Strong understanding of:
- Fulfilment
- Assurance
- Billing
- Customer Management
- Service Management
- Resource Management
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience performing process decomposition using eTOM standards.
- Ability to create eTOM-aligned:
- As-Is process models
- To-Be process models
- Operating procedures
- Functional specifications
- Process architecture artefacts
- Experience in telecom OSS/BSS transformation projects.
- Good understanding of TM Forum Open APIs and how they support eTOM process execution.
- Ability to facilitate workshops to align business processes to TM Forum standards and best practices.
Candidates without demonstrable TM Forum eTOM project experience will not be considered.
- 8+ years Business Analysis experience.
- 5+ years Technical Business Analysis experience.
- 5+ years in telecommunications, ISP, OSS/BSS, network services or digital service provider environments.
- Proven TM Forum eTOM implementation experience.
- Experience on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong experience facilitating workshops with executive, business and technical stakeholders.
