- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Code 10 motor vehicle license
- 2-5yrs relevant driver code 10 experience (FMCG/Food Production)
- Travel off-site/overnight stay
- Pass Readiness assessment
Drive delivery vehicle
- Comply to road traffic act (AARTO)
- Comply with Clover driver standard procedures
- Maintain vehicle housekeeping
- Conduct Pre and Post Trip inspections, report deviations, accidents, damage, malfunction.
- Adhere to route plan
- Adhere to logging procedure at back door
Deliver Stock
- Maintain stock integrity
- Control containers (pallets and crates)
- Adhere to stock recheck procedure when required
- Check condition on stock before loading, damaged stock to be reported to Stock Controller
Perform administrative duties
- Verify all audit trials and uplifts prior to departure
- Ensure full POD (signed and accepted)
- Ensure document modification done where applicable
Supervise subordinates and safety aspects
- Comply and adhere to safety rules and regulations
