An exciting opportunity exists at my client based in PTA East for an energetic, can-do approach Personal Assistant & HR Administrator to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- At least 5 years' experience as a PA and HR Administrator.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Computer literate, MS Office proficient
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Own relaible transport.
Experience Required:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support Financial Director & Legal Advisor/HR Manager with business and personal matters.
- Preparation of Warnings, appointment contracts, hearings
- Compiling of HR documents to be send to payroll.
- Drafting Job descriptions.
- Advertise vacancies.
- Dealing with recruitment agencies
- Confirm and book interviews.
