Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Itinerary Design: Create unique and personalized leisure FIT itineraries, thinking outside the box to exceed client expectations.

Reservation Management: Oversee the entire booking process, from initial quotes to finalizing bookings, invoicing, and preparing travel documents.

Adherence to Standards: Ensure all turnaround times align with standard operating procedures.

Proactive Sales: Actively promote products and services to create the best possible itineraries for guests.

Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with colleagues, agents, operators, guests, and suppliers.

Commitment to Values: Uphold core values of care for people, land, and wildlife in all interactions.
Required Knowledge:

Strong understanding of delivering top-tier service to agents and guests.

In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or similar booking systems.

Comprehensive understanding of WETU.
-
Extensive geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South, Southern, and East Africa.

A keen willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Fluency in both verbal and written Spanish, preferably South American Spanish.
Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English.

Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written).

Excellent time and desk management skills, with the ability to work methodically and stay focused.

Ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative.

Deep understanding of the travel industry, particularly inbound tour operations.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Strong writing skills, especially in creating detailed explanations or descriptions.

Proficiency in Word and Excel.

An independent, curious, and proactive attitude.
Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of inbound tour operating experience.

Extensive knowledge of at least two of the three regions: South Africa, Southern Africa, or East Africa.
