Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to INTERNATIONAL-based customers
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Recommend products and services that best suit customers
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up to date with products, services, and promotions
- Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' INTERNATIONAL outbound sales experience in a call centre environment (Essential)
- INTERNATIONAL Gas sales experience (Essential)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Must provide 3 consecutive payslips showing commission earnings
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Fluent in English with a clear and professional telephone manner
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Confident building rapport with customers over the phone
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain performance in a high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems while speaking to customers
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
