The junior account executive will assist the account manager to coordinate between the client and the entire agency team.
Understanding your clients, their industries and competitors is vital to be efficient in this role.
Responsible/accountable for Correctly entering and maintaining client data in the traffic system daily Maintenance of bi-weekly status reports and sending to clients Creation of client meeting/call agendas and contact reports after each status meeting and submitting to account manager Accurate and efficient scheduling and task management for account manager Supporting the logistics and management of client meetings Sourcing and working with suppliers to support project requirements Submitting project/monthly performance reports to clients. Assisting in proofing reports and presentations and send on to the client on campaign performance, analytics, and recommendations for improvement Manage the uploading of POs and other documentation for the project approval process and submit to accounts and ops team Supporting account managers with project work Helping to coordinate projects between internal teams and the client, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality. (writing of memos and updates) Research and analysis: Conducting market research, gathering data on the industry relevant to the client and analysing competitor activity to provide insights for client strategies Relationship building: Participating in building and maintaining relationships with the client, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular communication and networking efforts Creative input: Offering creative ideas and solutions to meet client objectives and enhance the client's brand presence
