As a Marketing Assistant at Collaborate Dental, you will play a vital role in supporting our UK operations team in executing strategic campaigns and initiatives. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to assist in achieving our clients' marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing activities and projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
- Help maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all communications and all businesses.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative ideas and strategies.
Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,, Canva, Hubspot and other marketing tools.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems for marketing purposes.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices.
