A well-established Tourism company is looking for a junior HR Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

Responsible for filing and updating employee files and online filing system

Updating information on excel spreadsheets and reports

Monitoring time and attendance on biometric system and updating records

Assist with payroll administration

Assist the HR team with various tasks
Requirements:

1-2 years HR experience

HR qualification advantageous

Computer literate
-
Intermediate excel experience
-
Excellent communication skills

Good writing and typing skills
-
Attention to detail
-
Work as a team

Payroll system experience advantageous

Biometric system experience advantageous
