Bookkeeper
A part time bookkeeper is required to assist the Office Administrator with general bookkeeping tasks for a small business, as well as the owner’s personal records. This is a 1 full day per week or 2 half days per week role. 6-12 month contract, may become permanent
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organisational skills
- Rental or Property Management Industry Experience will be a major plus
Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and lease agreements
- Organize receipts and invoices in chronological order ready for tax submissions
- Debtors ad Creditors Recon
- Go through receipts and invoices and capture transactions on the schedule.
