Role Overview
The Charity Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to The Impact Facility, ensuring the smooth running of its charity activities and programmes.
This role is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing documentation, tracking actions, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, the Charity Administrator plays a critical role in enabling the team to operate efficiently and deliver on its mission of supporting artisanal and small scale miners and their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support

Coordinate and schedule meetings across internal teams, trustees, and external stakeholders.

Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and track and distribute action points.

Manage calendars, inboxes, and general administrative workflows for the charity function.

Organise travel, logistics, and documentation where required.
Programme Support (FCA & Gold)

Provide administrative support to FCA and Gold related programmes and initiatives.

Maintain programme documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and well organised.

Support reporting processes by collating information from internal teams.

Assist with tracking programme milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Stakeholder & Communication Support

Act as a coordination point for internal and external communications.

Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and updates.

Ensure timely follow ups on actions and stakeholder requests.

Maintain professional communication with partners, funders, and community stakeholders.
