Job Description
Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Customer Supply Chain consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas:

Managing customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export)

Handling and respond to all customer requests

Follow up back-orders and produce status reports
-
Automotive telephone sales
-
Handling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availability
-
Manage goods return process and credit requests
-
Support sales and marketing in promotional activity
-
Data management (including electronic orders)
-
Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation
-
Support supply chain consultants with Admin functions
-
Retrieve and communicate POD’s for all orders delivered
Qualifications
Requirements

Completed Matric / Grade 12
-
Degree in supply chain / logistics or related field
