ECD TEACHERS
Experience Supporting Neurodivergent Learners & Learners with Special Educational Needs
Location: Richards Bay
We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and nurturing Early Childhood Development Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a strong interest or background in remedial education, with the ability to support children who require additional academic, emotional, or developmental assistance.
Requirements:
- Qualified ECD Teacher (NQF Level 4/5 or higher)
- Experience working with young children in a school or ECD setting
- Remedial background
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work well within a team and follow school policies and procedures
- Passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing each child’s individual development
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with curriculum standards
- Identify learning barriers and support children through remedial or early intervention strategies
- Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment
- Provide feedback to parents on learner development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
