Retail Sales Consultant – Hearing Care Industry
Join our growing national hearing care retail group with 25 branches across South Africa.
We are looking for confident, target-driven sales professionals with at least 2 years' experience in sales. Experience in retail, call centres, insurance, cold calling, lead generation, or commission-based roles will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and promote services in-store
- Follow up on enquiries and book appointments
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support daily branch operations
- Promote additional products and services
- Training provided for selected technical duties
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated and computer literate
- Professional appearance
- Own transport, valid driver's licence, and mobile phone
- Available to start soon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays (half day)
Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 basic, depending on experience, plus attractive commission.
Please note: A 3-month probation period applies.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
