We are looking for a Human Resources Officer

Requirements:
- National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3 to 5years experience as a HR Officer in a generalist function

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in HR Information Systems) and MS Office suite

Experience working with diverse teams and multicultural environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise line managers on conduct and misconduct management, including handling disciplinary cases.

Represent the organization at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration).

Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate succession planning.

Guide managers through performance management processes and talent reviews.

Facilitate the planning and tracking of skills development initiatives and compliance with legislative requirements.

Coordinate the collection of data for Employment Equity (EE) and BBBEE reports.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.

Provide advice to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
