We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the recruitment of interns/ learners for a training company.
Requirements:
- Person needs to have experience in a Recruitment Role- they need to have at least two years' experience managing their desk and ensuring projects are completed within relevant timelines. In house recruiting would be advantageous.
- The successful candidate needs to be able to read people well and a Psychology background would be advantageous.
- The Recruitment Manager needs to be self-motivated, able to work independently and must pay attention to detail.
- Potential applicants need to ensure they can adhere to deadlines, work well under pressure and are organized
- Candidate needs to be well spoken and comfortable speaking to Corporate clients of varying levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
