Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Advantageous)

Cluster properties experience would be beneficial.
-
At least 5-7 years Food and Beverage Management experience in a 4/5-Star establishment (Essential)
-
Ample knowledge on current service and food trends
-
Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
-
Good knowledge of local, regional, and international wines.
-
Sound overall beverage knowledge.
-
Maintain responsibility for service, sales, expenses and profit goals as directed and as outlined in the beverage plans and budgets, whilst promoting the company goals of guest service and satisfaction, teamwork, reporting requirements and financial performance.

Sound knowledge of food and cooking methods.
-
Sound knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control.

Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and departmental administration.

Valid driver’s License (Essential)
