Clockwork is a global creative agency working with brands like Microsoft Xbox and publishers such as Konami, delivering socially led campaigns that reach gaming communities around the world.
We’re looking for a Content Manager who gets it - a gamer first. Someone who lives in the ecosystem, understands player mindset, internet culture, fandoms, and what makes gaming communities tick.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Manager to support content delivery across our gaming and interactive entertainment clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves gaming culture, digital storytelling, and social platforms, and wants to grow their career in a creative agency environment.
You’ll help plan, organize, and publish content across multiple channels working closely with creatives, strategists, social media managers, and project management to ensure content is on brand, on time, and optimized for each platform.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Management

Assist in planning and managing content calendars across social, digital, and owned platforms.

Support the end to end content process, from briefing and reviews to publishing and reporting.

Ensure content is posted on time and aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaboration & Admin

Coordinate feedback and approvals with internal teams and clients.

Organize content assets, files, and documentation.

Provide general content and campaign support to the wider team.
Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in social media, or a related field

Strong attention to detail.

Good understanding of major social platforms and digital content formats.

Passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, and online culture.

Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
