Requirements

Diploma or relevant qualification in Hotel or F & B Management

4 years’ experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment, with 2 years management of an F&B outlet

Knowledge of Micros or Opera POS systems advantageous

Exposure to FnBShop Stock Management system preferable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good financial acumen and experience with stock control and recovery

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
