Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the company's marketing activities across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging while identifying new opportunities to reach and engage target audiences. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the company's social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Create and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance using analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the marketing budget and maximize return on marketing investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including designers, agencies, and content creators.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain the company's brand identity and standards.
- Stay informed of emerging marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
