We are currently seeking a skilled Sectional Title Community Scheme Administrator to join our team in Pretoria.
Previous experience in Sectional Title management would be a definite advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Liaise with clients, trustees, and owners, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Document Management:
- Type correspondence, minutes, and other documentation. Draft and send correspondence to trustees and owners.
Maintenance Assistance:
- Support in handling maintenance issues and assist in logging insurance claims.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist the Sectional Title Portfolio Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring all in-house systems are up-to-date.
Financial Oversight:
- Ensure timely authorization and payment of invoices. Assist in the preparation of monthly packs for the Body Corporate Chairman.
Email Management:
- Efficiently manage emails, maintaining continuous correspondence with clients within a 24-hour turnaround time.
Meeting Preparation:
- Assist in drafting Annual General Meeting notices, prepare for meetings, and complete AGM workflows post-event.
CSOS Annual Returns:
- Submit CSOS Annual Returns after AGMs.
Requirements:
