We are looking for a fun and creative Child Activities Coordinator to help create unforgettable experiences for a Luxury Hotel's youngest guests during the festive holidays (short-term contract). You will be responsible for running fun, safe, and engaging activities for kids at the hotel pool and surrounding areas. From games to creative crafts, your role will focus on entertaining children in a family-friendly environment while ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
Responsibilities:

Plan and facilitate a variety of exciting poolside games, crafts, and activities for children of different ages.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in activities.

Greet families warmly and provide information about daily kids’ activities.

Foster a welcoming and fun environment that engages children and helps them socialize.

Coordinate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

Keep the activity area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials.

Maintain open communication with parents about their children's well-being and activities.

Monitor children’s behaviour and adjust activities to maintain a positive environment.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in child care or education (advantage).

Experience working with children in a similar setting (e.g., camp, day care, lodge, hotel).

Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents.

Strong organisational skills to plan and manage activities effectively.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative with a passion for working with children.

Basic first aid and CPR certification (advantage).

Able to work for a month during the festive December/January period.
