This role oversees the Assistant Front of House Management Team, with a focus on systems and procedures, stock take, training, customer service and floor management.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
A formal Hospitality Qualification.
2 years minimum management experience in a similar environment.
A positive attitude with a warm welcoming demeanor.
2 years Hospitality management experience will be advantageous.
Strong Micros and Outlook skills
Opera proficiency is advantageous
