If you have a knack for maintaining and regaining customer loyalty, this role is for you. As a Client Retention Call Centre Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of customer service efforts. This call centre-based position focuses on outbound calls, managing existing clients, and reaching out to previous clients to retain or regain their business. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and previous clients
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Utilize excellent selling and negotiation skills to retain business
Communicate clearly and precisely in English, with excellent pronunciation
Apply your knowledge of car rental services to benefit client interactions
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A Valid Drivers License (mandatory for all staff members)
Minimum of 2 years outbound call centre sales experience with a proven track record
Experience working with a CRM system
Tenacious, responsible, and reliable
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Affable personality with a professional attitude
