In this dynamic role, you'll provide expert learning experience design consulting and implementation skills, translating business strategies into impactful learning solutions. You'll partner with business SMEs and the Enterprise Learning Community and leverage design thinking to design and implement digital, blended, and augmented learning experiences that deliver business value. Managing large-scale learning projects from needs analysis to post implementation support will be a key part of your role, ensuring continuous improvement and high-impact learning outcomes. You'll lead and implement the technical production of learning experiences, manage vendor relationships, and drive a culture of continuous learning through the design of exceptional learning experiences.
