NOW HIRING: VIRTUAL CAREGIVERS
Location: Western Cape, South Africa
A reputable healthcare organisation is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Virtual Caregivers to join our growing team in the Western Cape.
Salary: R12,900 – R18,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Caregiver, Home-Based Care, or Health Care Assistant qualification will be an advantage.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to use smartphones, tablets, or online communication platforms.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
- Clear criminal record.
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual care and wellness support to patients.
- Monitor patient wellbeing through scheduled calls or video consultations.
- Record accurate patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Escalate medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with company policies.
